During the report review I will gather pertinent information, copy of prior inspection report if applicable, pictures, and any other pertinent information based on product specifics. I  will give you honest, strait forward, and non biased information on whether you should proceed in hiring a Certified Independent Flooring Inspector. In addition I will educate you on specific questions to ask, to ensure you get the right inspector to help accomplish and resolve your concerns.

Have you had your floor inspected and disagree with the conclusion and findings? Who was the commissioning party and what is their liability and position in the resolution of your problem? Are the  test results and information in the report sufficient and do they specifically support the conclusion?  Does the inspector have the proper certifications and credentials to inspect the specific product and application?
