Just thought you might like the rest of the story.  After your inspection we had to wait another 10 + days to hear results from Manufacturer inspector report.

We haven’t received a copy but apparently his results were the same as yours and the floor was replaced with an underlayment on Tuesday.

Still see stair step pattern and most joints but it is so much better.  I’m hoping with a little time that it “settles” in.

All the folks at Tri**** Builders,  up to and including the GM that told us it looked fine now happily admit it was installed improperly.

We are scheduled to close on Tuesday and I appreciate your professional help to make it happen.

Needless to say I’m really disappointed in Tri**** and Sh**** homes and resent the fact that we had to take them to task to make them do the right thing.
