Certified Floor Inspection performs numerous tests to determine why or what is occurring with problematic or failing floor coverings. We also do pre-installation tests and consultation to determine suitability and application of correct product. These tests are dictated by industry standard guidelines. Depending on the specific problem will determine what specific tests need to be performed. Cost is determined on a “per job basis” depending on what the actual problem is, how many tests need to be performed, location, and how large the affected area is. We create an in depth, unbiased report based on facts and findings. We determine installation errors, unsuitable site conditions, atmospheric issues, maintenance issues, and manufacturing defects.
